Sessions for our summer camps are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and held if balance is received by the due date. Late registration fees may be applied if registering within two weeks of the session start.

ALL DAY CAMP PROGRAMS - BOYS & GIRLS (AGES 6 to 14)

Our Day Camp weeks run Monday through Friday. Drop off for campers is 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM daily. Pick up is from 4:30 PM to 6 PM each afternoon. We allow flexible scheduling with a three-day minimum per week. We can accommodate late arrivals and early pick up with notice.

Special Offers Above

Special offers above are offered on a limited time basis. You can only use one type of discount per week. You may use the Special Offer on as many weeks as you like until the expiration date. Our Online registration system will outline balance due and you can make payments at anytime prior to July 1st when all payments are due. If you are registering after July 1st, all payments are to be made in-full at time of registration. Please call us with any questions you may have. Family Discount

The first overnight camper in the family comes at full rate and each additional sibling overnight camper will each receive a $30 discount. All registrations must come in the same envelope and full payment for all must be received by June 1st to qualify.
 

Same Camper Multi-Week Discount

Overnight campers coming to Haluwasa for more than one week will receive a $50 discount for each additional week. Day campers coming to Haluwasa for more than one week will receive a $25 discount for each additional week. Only one discount can be applied per week.
 

Group Discount

Groups may receive a $50 per camper discount for 10 or more overnight campers. All registrations must be sent in the same envelope and full payment for all must be received by June 1st to qualify.
 

Full-Time Ministry Discount

Haluwasa offers a discount for children of full-time Christian ministry. Call for specific details. A brief letter from the administrator of the ministry stating the parent’s status is required, along with full payment by June 1st to qualify.

Military Discount

Haluwasa offers a discount for children of active military personnel. Call for details. A brief letter from a military administrator stating the parent’s status is required, along with full payment by June 1st to qualify.

Camper Sponsorship

Haluwasa Camper Sponsorships are awarded each summer based on financial need. A properly completed sponsorship application with all requested documentation must be received by June 1st to qualify. Please call for a sponsorship application.
