CAMP HALUWASA CLEAN-UP DAY EVENT
This Camp Haluwasa event is OPEN to all families, church groups, youth groups, and individuals! We can't wait to see you.
WHEN: SATURDAY - MAY 6, 2023
TIME: 10 AM to 3 PM
WHO: ANYONE 8 YEARS OR OLDER
Come help us remove leaves, paint and clean-up camp Haluwasa facilities. We need many volunteers to help us make camp beautiful - Haluwasa will provide a FREE LUNCH!
Camp Haluwasa needs your help to remove leaves and branches, rake and pick up leaf piles.
Meet at the Camp Haluwasa Gazebo at 10 AM* and sign our event guest list.
We will have an event opening prayer, clean up instructions, handout of tools and answer any questions.
Come fellowship with other camper families, church groups and individuals while having a good time making camp look great!
All equipment will be provided.
If you would like to bring your own tools, leaf blowers, rakes, etc. that would be great but please do so at your own risk. Haluwasa will not be responsible for broken, lost or stolen items.
Cold Ice Water & Iced Tea will be Available all Day!
Reserve by contacting Michael Ellwanger - Haluwasa Program Director - Call 561-531-3660 M-F 9- 5 pm or email: michael@haluwasa.org and let us know how many people are in your group so we can prepare for lunch and tools set up.
*If you cannot make it at 10 am it's OK to come at anytime and you can leave anytime that you need to. Parking will be across the street from the Gazebo.
Note: Camp Haluwasa is not open for public fishing, hunting or any other personal activities. All volunteers must sign-in at the Camp Entrance/Gazebo on this event day.
