Check-In for Overnight Camp takes place on Sundays between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm. Note: Early arrival will not result in early check-in.

Our Meet the Counselor Session takes place every Sunday near our registration area between 6:00 pm and 6:25 pm. This is the only opportunity for counselors to meet with parents. After 6:25 pm, all counselors will be supervising campers.

We want campers to be with their friends; however, campers must be in the same age group to be together due to the arrangement of our programs. To request that your camper be in the same cabin, tent, or teepee as another camper, make a cabin partner request in the appropriate field of the camper registration form.

Campers will be served dinner before Friday dismissal. Friends and family are welcome to purchase snacks from our Snack Shop which is open before, during and after the closing program.

We welcome parents, friends, and extended family to attend our closing program which begins at 6 pm on Thursday evening. Campers and their luggage will not be available for pick up until after the closing program at 6:30 pm. If you need to pick up your camper early, you must give at least 24-hour notice to the Main Office.
