Drop off for day campers is between 7:30 am and 8:30 am each morning. Haluwasa can accommodate late morning arrivals with notice - Late camper drop off will be at our Camp Office.

Due to the nature of camp activities, a camper may get dirty or wet during the course of the day. For these reasons, campers should bring a bathing suit, towel, and a change of clothing to camp daily. Please dress your camper appropriately for the weather. Please do not dress camper’s inexpensive clothing. Haluwasa cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

A Lunch is provided for all campers. Children with special eating needs can bring in a lunch from home. Please call us with any questions regarding any special needs for your child.

Camper Pick up is from 4:30 PM to 5 PM each afternoon at our main camp entrance - Our Extended Camper Pick Up Time from 5 PM to 5:30 PM for FREE for 2024. *** Campers must be picked up by 5:30 PM. **** A Late Fee of $25.00 (per every 15 minutes) will be charged for any pick up after 5:30 PM.
